Electricity Part 1 2 & 3

Science Club - Stage 2 & 3

What is the role of electrons in an atom? What materials conduct electricity and why? How is circuit electricity different from static electricity? We don’t just want answers on our worksheets, we want in-depth understanding of all the fundamentals of electricity. Our kids proved they could do just that by successfully completing all our experiments!

To name just a few:

  • Balloon vacuum cleaner and move the can challenge.

  • Building their own electric circuit with a switch.

  • Using their knowledge of a circuit to build a burglary alarm.

  • Finding their own conductors and non-conductors of electrity to complete the circuit.

Awesome work guys!
